Contact us as soon as you realize a problem with your item. We truly value our customers and want to resolve any issues you may be having to make sure your are happy!
If your item is delivered defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at email@example.com so we are able to help you. We will replace your item for you. Just send us a picture of proof of the damaged item, no need to repackage and send it us. Unfortunately we are not able to refund items that arrive damaged.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take up to a week for your exchanged product to reach you, shipping times may vary.
