Refund policy

Returns:
Contact us as soon as you realize a problem with your item. We truly value our customers and want to resolve any issues you may be having to make sure your are happy!
If your item is delivered defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at autumnglowskin@gmail.com so we are able to help you. We will replace your item for you. Just send us a picture of proof of the damaged item, no need to repackage and send it us. Unfortunately we are not able to refund items that arrive damaged.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where no refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Text Marketing and notifications:
By entering your phone number in the checkout and initializing a purchase, subscribing via our subscription form or a keyword, you agree that we may send you text notifications (for your order, including abandoned cart reminders) and text marketing offers. Text marketing messages will not exceed 4 a month. You acknowledge that consent is not a condition for any purchase.
If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving text marketing messages and notifications reply with STOP to any mobile message sent from us or use the unsubscribe link we provided you with in any of our messages. You understand and agree that alternative methods of opting out, such as using alternative words or requests will not be accounted as a reasonable means of opting out. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Autumn Glow Botanical, 1700 Sullivan Trail, #110, Easton PA 18040, United States

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take up to a week for your exchanged product to reach you, shipping times may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
